Fundamentals
Our Fundamentals classes are designed to build a strong foundation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through core positions, movements, escapes, submissions, and defensive concepts. These sessions focus on developing correct technique, understanding, and confidence in a structured and beginner-friendly environment.
Gi
The Gi introduces a more technical and methodical style of grappling, with greater emphasis on grips, control, and positional strategy. Our Gi classes focus on developing strong fundamentals, efficient technique, and a deeper understanding of leverage, timing, and submission grappling through the use of the traditional uniform.
No-Gi
No-Gi training focuses on a faster-paced style of grappling with an emphasis on movement, wrestling, scrambles, and body control without relying on traditional Gi grips. Our No-Gi classes help students develop effective control, timing, athletic movement, and modern submission grappling techniques in a dynamic training environment.
